New year, New beginning – look forward to 2020!
Cambridge Summer Academy 2019 has successfully concluded. Feedback received from the programme included reoccurring words like educational, friendship and fun. As we are entering a new year, our Cambridge Summer Academy website has been updated and the registration for Cambridge Summer Academy 2020 is open.
“It was wonderful to see that everyone enjoyed their academic courses and all the different social activities, excursions, and evening events”, explained Ellen Sierakowski, Senior Dean of the Programme, “now we are looking forward to welcoming more delegates in summer 2020! ”

Cambridge Summer Academy now is welcoming students aged 13+
Cambridge Summer Academy offers motivated high school students aged 13 and above the opportunity to spend part of their summer in Cambridge, an academically renowned city.
“Studying abroad offers high school students advantages of not only development of independence, but also academic advancement.” said Katarzyna Rytczak, the Head of Academic programmes. During the programme, students will gain subject knowledge and transferable skills. Students will also have the opportunity to expand their interntional network with like-minded students through academic electives, university preparation workshops and cultural activities.

Meet us in Hongkong
On 6 February 2020 Professor Dominik Wanner, the Programme Director of the Cambridge Summer Academy as well as Summer in Oxford, will be in Hong Kong to visit many of our academic partners and alumni.
But he is also very happy to meet with all students who are considering to participate in our study abroad programmes or their parents. Happy Chinese New Year of the Mouse
Every year Cambridge Summer Academy receives students from around the world. Among the various evening activities we organized, Culture Night is always well received. The delegates spontaneously go to the podium to share the traditions and culture of their home countries. Did you know 2020 is the year of Mouse according to the Chinese Zodiac? The mouse is the first sign of 12 Zodiac animals and represents a wealthy, resourceful and thrifty character in Chinese culture.
